Joining a workspace

A teammate invited you to their workspace in the portal — their organization's private space for cases, people, and programs. This page gets you signed in for the first time and pointed in the right direction.

You reach the portal at hub.neffico-point.com. Bookmark it — that's your front door every day.

Your first sign-in

When someone on your team invites you, they'll send you an invitation link — by email, chat, or however your team keeps in touch. To get started:

  1. Open the invitation link. It brings you to the portal's sign-in screen.
  2. Already have an account? Just sign in. If you're new, choose Don't have an account? Sign up and create your account with the same email address the invitation was sent to — the link only works for that address.
  3. If you created a new account, check your email for a confirmation code, enter it, and sign in.

Once you're signed in, the portal accepts the invitation for you and shows Successfully Joined Workspace! Select Go to Dashboard and you're in — no setup needed; whoever invited you has already done that part.

You're in — now what?

Take a quick tour in Finding your way around. What you can see and do depends on the role your admin gave you — more on that in Roles and permissions.

Set up two-factor authentication

Every workspace requires two-factor authentication: your password, plus a six-digit code from an app on your phone. Please do this in your first week — it's the one setup step that decides whether you can still sign in next month.

You'll see a yellow banner across the top counting down the days you have left. You can keep working while it's there, and you can close it. Once the countdown ends, the portal won't open your workspace until an authenticator app is set up.

  • On an iPhone or iPad? The Passwords app already on your device does this. Nothing to download.
  • On any other phone? Install a free authenticator app such as Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator.

What's a workspace?

A workspace is your organization's private space in the portal — its cases, its people, its programs, and its settings. Everything your team does happens inside it, and only invited teammates can see it.

You'll see your workspace name across the top of the screen, so you always know where you are.

Resetting your password

Forgot your password? No problem:

  1. On the sign-in screen, choose Forgot password.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Check your email for a reset code and follow the prompts to set a new password.

If the reset email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder and make sure you used the same email address your invitation was sent to.

Signing out

To sign out, open the profile menu near your name at the top of the screen and choose Sign Out. It's a good idea to sign out on shared or public computers.

No invitation yet — or a link that doesn't work?

Someone with admin access at your organization creates your invitation link and sends it to you. If it hasn't arrived — or the link says it's invalid or expired — ask whoever asked you to start using the portal. They can generate a fresh link and resend it (a new link replaces the old one, so always use the latest one you were sent).

Setting the portal up for your whole organization?

If you're the first person getting your team started — not someone who was invited — you'll create the workspace yourself. See Setting up your workspace.
