What is Neffico Point

Neffico Point is an online portal system designed to keep every client, case, or program you manage all in one workspace. Instead of juggling spreadsheets, paper forms, or a separate tool for signatures, Neffico Point takes care of the whole thing — one streamlined flow from start to finish, so you don't have to sweat the hard stuff.

Throughout this help site we'll usually just call it the portal.

Who it's for

The portal is built for nonprofits and other intake-driven teams — the people who take in clients, move them through a process, run programs and classes, or have to show funders what happened. It's designed to keep people at the center, not paperwork.

The main areas

You'll spend your time in a handful of areas. Each one has its own section in this help site:

• Intake — Move each case through a process you design, step by step, from first contact onward. Every case stays linked to the real person behind it. → Learn about Intake

What makes it different

• One record per person. Add someone once, and every case they're part of links back to that same record — no need for multiple tables and spreadsheets.
• Unlimited e-signatures. Sending documents for signature is part of the job, so it's part of the plan — no per-document fees.
• Works wherever you do. Phone, tablet, or laptop — the portal goes with you, from the front desk to the field, with the same data and the same view every time.
