Drop-in groups

A drop-in group is an open class that nobody signs up for. A prevention class at a school, an open support group, a Saturday morning workshop. Whoever comes, comes. Attendees can give you their name and information or they can even be anonymous — drop-in groups are flexible.

Before your first class you'll need a program and a group. See Groups & Programs to create them.

There's no roster to build in advance. You check people in as they arrive, and that builds a registry you can reuse later.

Watch how it works

Prefer to see it done first? This video follows one class from start to finish. It shows how to check people in, register someone new, and count people who'd rather not give a name. It ends with your numbers and the report.
