Stuck on something? Here's the quickest way to find an answer or reach a person.

Ask your workspace admin first

Many questions are quickest to solve inside your own organization — especially anything about access:

  • Can't see a case, menu item, or button you expected? That's usually your roles — ask your admin to check them (Roles and permissions).
  • Need to be added, or need a new invitation? Your admin can do that from Inviting members.

Report a problem

If something looks broken or isn't working the way these guides describe, let your team know. When you report it, include:

  • What you were trying to do and the page or area you were on.
  • What happened versus what you expected.
  • A screenshot, if you can — it's the fastest way for someone to understand the issue.

Keep client information safe

When you share a screenshot or describe a problem, avoid including private client details where you don't need to.
