Finding your way around
Once you sign in, the portal has the same simple layout on every screen: a top bar, a main menu down the side, and your content in the middle. Here's what each part does.
The dashboard
When you sign in, you land on your dashboard — your home base. From here you can jump straight into the work that matters and get back to it anytime by selecting Dashboard in the menu (or the logo at the top).
The main menu
The menu down the side is how you move between the main areas of the portal:
- Dashboard — your home base.
- Intake Management — your cases and pipelines.
- Groups — your programs, classes, and attendance.
- Public Events — your public calendar.
- E-Sign Templates — reusable documents you send for signature.
- Workspace Settings — members, roles, and signing setup.
You may see fewer items
The menu only shows the areas your role can access, so your menu might be shorter than a teammate's. That's normal — see Roles and permissions for what each role can do.
Need more room? Collapse the menu to slim icons using the toggle at the bottom of the menu, and expand it again the same way. On a phone or small tablet, the menu tucks away behind a menu button and slides out when you tap it.
The top bar
The bar across the top stays with you everywhere:
- Your workspace name appears next to the logo, so you always know which workspace you're in.
- The theme switch lets you choose a light or dark look — pick whatever's easiest on your eyes.
- The profile menu (near your name) is where you find your Profile, Settings, and Sign Out.
Selecting the logo always brings you back to your dashboard.
