Inviting members
Bring your teammates into the workspace from Workspace Settings → Workspace Members. You choose what each person can do as you invite them — see Roles and permissions.
You'll need admin access
Inviting and managing members is an admin job. If you don't see these options, your role doesn't include them.
Invite someone
The portal doesn't email invitations yet. Instead, you create an invitation link and send it to your teammate yourself:
- Open Workspace Settings and go to Workspace Members.
- Select Get Invitation Link.
- Enter their Email Address and choose one or more Roles.
- Select Generate Link.
- Select Copy, then send the link to your teammate however you like — email, chat, or text.
The link is tied to the email address you entered, so only that person can use it. Inviting several people? Select Create Another and repeat.
Skip the Invite Member button for now
You'll also see an Invite Member button that offers to email the invitation for you. Those emails aren't going out yet. If you've already used it, the invitation is safe — find it under Pending Invitations, copy its link from there, and send it yourself.
Manage pending invitations
Invitations you've created appear under Pending Invitations, each showing the email, the role, and when it expires. From there you can copy the link again — handy if your teammate lost the message — or Revoke an invitation you no longer want.
Change or remove a member
In the Active Members list, open the menu on a member's card to:
- Edit Roles — change what they can access.
- Remove Member — take them out of the workspace.
A few safety rules
You can't change your own roles — another admin has to do that for you. And a workspace must always keep at least one admin, so the portal won't let you remove the admin role from the last person who has it.
