Exporting

When a funder or board asks for numbers, download the group's roster and attendance as spreadsheet (CSV) files that open in Excel or Google Sheets. Open the group and use Export in the header.

Download the roster

Select Export → Download roster CSV for a row per participant, listing their case type, enrollment date, status, sessions attended, and sessions on record.

Download the attendance matrix

Select Export → Download attendance matrix CSV. It's the grid you can read on screen with View attendance: each row a participant, each column a session date, each cell showing present, absent, or excused.

Set the date range first. Shortcuts cover the last 4, 8 or 12 weeks, or all time, and it opens on the last 8 weeks.

Choosing who's included

Current participants only shapes both downloads, leaving out anyone who has completed or withdrawn. It starts unticked every time you open the menu, so a download covers everybody unless you say otherwise.

The date range works differently. It only shapes the attendance grid, so a roster download always covers the group's whole history.

Look before you download

To check something rather than file it, View attendance puts the same grid on screen.

These files include personal information

Both downloads list participants by name. Send them only to people who should see those names, and store the file somewhere safe.
