To find these reports, open Reports and choose a card under Groups and Outreach.
Which report should I use?
Group Participation
Question it answers: What did we deliver, and who did we serve?
Group Participation shows the groups and sessions delivered for one or more workflows, along with the people served. It also breaks participation down by age, race or ethnicity, gender, and referral source. You can narrow it to one or more groups, such as one county's groups.
It's designed to provide the types of numbers commonly requested on grant and funder forms.
This is a filing. You can save, verify, and submit the report so you have a record of what was reported.
To see the same figures session by session, use Session Demographics, below.
Session Demographics
Question it answers: Who attended each session of each group?
Session Demographics gives you a separate table for each group that held a session during the dates you selected. Each group gets two tables: who attended by age band and by gender, each row one session, with a column for each race or ethnicity. When staff described anonymous visitors, their tables appear too.
It gives you a session-by-session view of the figures in Group Participation.
Use it when a funder asks who attended a particular session, or when you want to check whether your program is reaching the people it's meant to serve.
This is a listing. You can view or export it, but nothing is saved.
