Run Group Participation across several workflows, or all of them. Leave Workflows blank to count every workflow you have access to, or pick the ones you want. Someone who came to groups in two of them is counted once, so one run gives you a true combined number. → Group Participation

Outreach: count everyone you reach, named or not. Health fairs, a table at a festival, a talk at a school — the new Outreach section records each one under the program running it, and its numbers flow into that program's reports. How much you record at the table depends on what your grant asks for:
- Count. When it's busy, open Anonymous — no info given and select Anonymous for each person or group who stops by.
- Describe. If a funder asks who came, say so as you count — youth or adults, age band, gender, and race or ethnicity — in the small window that opens, or finish it later on the Review tab as your best estimate. Count each person once, and leave blank what you can't tell. The venue's estimated attendance has its own box there and never adds to your count.
- Name. When someone gives their name — a future volunteer, a donor, someone who wants to hear more — select Register. They're checked in and saved under Outreach contacts, so there's no attendance to record by hand. Registered someone? Don't also count them.
- Note. The Notes tab holds a note about the event itself and a note for each person who gave their name.
- Follow up. The People tab lists everyone who checked in. Select Add to an intake workflow… to move someone into a volunteer workflow, a keep-in-touch workflow, or any other, and they go through your usual steps. The outreach is already recorded as how they were referred.
- Archive. When an outreach is done, select ⋯ then Archive. The list shows Active outreach to start with, like the Groups list now does too. → Outreach
Drop-in and outreach groups have their own spot on a case. A case's Groups tab is for tracking progress through a group. Drop-in groups and outreach have no progress to track, so they now sit in a closed Drop-in and outreach section under the others. Open it to see them. → Case tabs
Reports show named participants and described visitors apart. Session Demographics names each outreach event and shows, one event at a time, who attended by name and who you described. Group Participation now has two sections: Named participants, with a new Named participants by gender table, and Anonymous visitors — described by staff, with its own youth or adult, age band, gender, and race tables. The anonymous section appears only when you described someone, so the report shows what your grant needs — named people, described visitors, or both. Every table's name says which section it belongs to. Reports you saved before this say the report has changed; that's expected, and the saved numbers stay as they were. → Group Participation · Session Demographics
Also in this release. At a drop-in class, the same small window lets you describe the people you count. On a person's Demographics tab, check Multiracial — specific groups not recorded when the source said multiracial but not which groups; reports count them under Unknown and say how many, and Missing Demographics lists them so you can ask. Race tables count each anonymous visitor once, with a Multiracial and/or Multiethnic row. → Describe who they were · Multiracial, but which groups?

Give a program's notes a starting point. Admins can now add note templates to a program. Facilitators add one to a session or participant note with one button, then fill in the prompts in square brackets. → Note templates

See a case's groups without leaving the case. The new Groups tab on a case lists every group the person is in, by program, with the sessions attended. Expand a row to see their last 8 weeks of attendance and a one-line summary of what they missed. → The case tabs

See who attended each session. The new Session Demographics report shows each group's sessions one at a time, with attendance broken down by age band and race or ethnicity. Find it under Groups and Outreach in Reports. → Session Demographics
Choose how exports handle small counts. The first time you copy or download a report containing demographic counts, the portal asks whether to keep exact numbers or withhold counts under five. You can choose to remember your answer for that report. → Group Participation

Find the cases missing demographics. A new report, Missing Demographics, lists recent cases with no age, race or ethnicity, or referral source. Select a case's ID to open it in a new tab and fill in the gaps. → Missing Demographics

Put a case back on the right step. Admins can now undo a step that moved by mistake. Open the case, choose Revert…, pick the step it should be on, and say what went wrong. Nothing is quietly rewritten — the correction is recorded like any other change. → Moving a case
Leave a note when you move a step. Moving a case forward now takes an optional note, so the reason lives with the change instead of in someone's memory.
Contact notes now appear on the timeline. What you wrote when you recorded a contact shows up on the case Timeline alongside everything else. One place to read the whole story of a case. → The case timeline

Record where each case came from. When you add a case, pick a Referral source (a school, a court program, a parent, and so on) before you select Add Case. → Creating a case

Contact tab update. The Contact tab has been tidied up. Recording contact attempts has an easy to use interface and automatically time stamps the record for accuracy. → The case tabs
