Program & Class Enrollment
This template moves participants from "I'm interested" to enrolled and attending. It fits cohort-based offerings of all kinds: youth prevention programs, summer school, workshops, camps, and community classes.
Why use it
Enrollment has a lot of moving parts — applications, eligibility, placement, consent forms — and each one is a chance for a family to slip away. Keeping every applicant on one board shows you exactly who is waiting on what, so no seat goes unfilled because a form sat in an inbox.
What it covers
- Interest — a prospective participant (or parent) expresses interest.
- Application — collecting the application and verifying eligibility, with a built-in check so nobody advances before eligibility is confirmed.
- Acceptance and placement — confirming a spot and cohort.
- Consent and registration — enrollment forms, parental consent, youth assent, and emergency contacts.
- Enrollment confirmation — a waiting stage while the seat is confirmed; you move the case on once it's official.
- Enrolled, then completed — the participant attends, and finishes with a proper completion stage.
Applicants who don't enroll or drop out land in a closed stage you can reopen for the next cohort.
Made for youth programs too
The consent stage is built with parental consent and youth assent in mind, so prevention and other evidence-based programs fit without any rework.
