The flow follows a student from first contact to graduation:

• Reaching the family — contacting parents to begin intake, with a place for cases where contact doesn't land.
• Scheduling — sending a scheduling link and waiting for confirmation.
• Consent paperwork — sending, reviewing, and completing the consent forms.
• Active sessions — the student attends weekly sessions, with room to put a case on hold when life happens.
• Graduation — scheduling the graduation appointment and recording the outcome, good or bad.
